Following popularity of the first block of Hatha Yoga with Angela in the Main Gallery at An Talla Solais, we’re delighted to announce a further 5 week block and an additional class time to meet demand.
From Monday 18th May to Monday 15th June
9.15-10.15am and/or
2.00pm-3pm
Running for 5 consecutive weeks
Angela has been teaching yoga for 15 years and offers welcoming and inclusive classes - suitable for beginners or anyone with an established practice.
Sessions incorporate a blend of breathwork, physical practice (asana) and relaxation techniques. Regular Yoga practice can help improve posture, strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness.
Spaces are limited - Mats and equipment provided, but please bring a blanket for comfort/warmth during relaxation.
