visual arts by holding exhibitions, courses, classes and workshops. We benefit from
strong local support and work closely with the local schools and other
community organisations. By becoming a member

(Ullapool Visual Arts) is a charity registered in an talla solais is now based in Ullapool’s old Medical Centre. Much work has been done to bring the building
to life and transform it into a space fit for purpose. We have great plans for an
talla solais, and depend on the support of our members and the public to help
us put them into action. The
Gallery space (formerly the patient waiting room) has become a beautiful blank
canvas with new walls and lighting. Throughout the year we show work by local,
Scottish and international artists, with the aim of enabling our audience to
experience a wide a range of art. We run a variety of unusual workshops and
events to introduce people to the visual arts, and encourage them to develop
their experience. Individual
studios are let to local artists on both long and short term leases. Group
studios are available for classes and workshops. If
